NLIS 2 October 14, 2004 (Health and Community Services) NOTE TO EDITORS: Health ministers to meet in Vancouver John Ottenheimer, Minister of Health and Community Services, will attend the provincial and territorial meeting of ministers responsible for health in Vancouver, British Columbia, October 15-17. Items to be discussed include health technology, access to services, public health, aboriginal health and the 2004 First Ministers� Accord signed by Premier Williams and his colleagues in September. "This marks the first time that all my counterparts have met since the First Ministers meeting in September when the federal-provincial agreement on health was reached," said Minister Ottenheimer. "I look forward to meeting my colleagues, conveying the healthcare challenges that we face in Newfoundland and Labrador, and discussing how we begin to frame the implementation of the FMM Accord to best serve the health needs of the province."
