NLIS 2 January 5, 2004 (Executive Council) NOTE TO EDITORS: Premier Danny Williams will deliver a State of the Province Address on Monday, January 5. The live broadcast will take place in the Media Centre, Ground Floor, Confederation Building at 7:00 p.m. The event will be closed to the media, with the exception of the technical professionals who have been pre-arranged. Members of the media are invited to view the Premier�s address in the boardroom, immediately outside of the Press Gallery, 3rd Floor, East Block, behind the House of Assembly. The boardroom will be available to the media at 6:45 p.m. There will be no media availability with Premier Williams following his address this evening.
