NOTE TO EDITORS:

Environment and Conservation Minister Tom Osborne will be joined by Elizabeth Duff, president of the Newfoundland and Labrador Lung Association, and Brian Power of Environment Canada today (August 17) to officially launch the "No Fees, No Fines" Vehicle Emissions Clinic. The launch will take place at 1:00 p.m. at the Holy Trinity Elementary School parking lot in Torbay.
