NOTE TO EDITORS:

Environment and Conservation Minister Tom Osborne will address a luncheon being held by the Town of Conception Bay South on Monday, August 16, as part of the town�s celebrations for the grand opening of its Cronin�s Head sewage treatment plant. The luncheon gets underway at 12:30 p.m. at Worsley Park.
