Minister of Environment and Conservation, Tom Osborne, will address the St. John's West Rotary Luncheon on Tuesday, March 2 at the Holiday Inn, St. John's. The luncheon gets underway at 12:30 p.m. Minister Osborne will give his address approximately 1:00 p.m.
