Youth Services and Post-Secondary Education Minister Anna Thistle will hold a news conference on Tuesday, July 22, 2003, at 10:00 a.m., at the College of the North Atlantic, Grand Falls-Windsor Campus, regarding funding for a Central Newfoundland post-secondary education study. The news conference will take place in the College�s main boardroom, with a reception to follow.
