Opening of the MacMorran Community Centre

Thursday, April 10, staff, volunteers and community members will host a grand opening celebration of the MacMorran Community Centre.

Participating in the celebrations will be Oliver Langdon, Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs and Minister Responsible for Housing, Walter Noel, Minister of Mines and Energy and MHA - Virginia Waters, His Worship, Andy Wells, Mayor, City of St. John�s, Mike Wadden, Executive Director, MacMorran Community Cente, representatives of NLHC, members of the MacMorran Board of Directors and invited guests will join the ministers for a ribbon-cutting ceremony and refreshments to mark the occasion.
