NOTE TO EDITORS � Seamus O�Regan to address delegates at luncheon, Gander, September 27

Seamus O�Regan, co-host of CTV�s Canada AM and master of ceremonies for the third annual Community Economic Development Awards, will address delegates of RuralEXPO 2003 at a luncheon tomorrow (Saturday), September 27 at 12:00 noon at the Hotel Gander.

Later tomorrow afternoon, Industry, Trade and Rural Development Minister Judy Foote will address delegates to officially conclude RuralEXPO 2003. The closing plenary will be held at the Hotel Gander at 4:00 p.m.
