Industry, Trade and Rural Development Minister Judy Foote will attend a Songwriter�s Circle, hosted by the Music Industry Association of Newfoundland and Labrador, at the Arts and Culture Centre tomorrow (September 25) at 8:00 p.m. The event will feature local artists Chris Ledrew, Jackie Sullivan, Kevin Collins, Shawn Wiseman, and Randel Arsenault.
