Minister and MHA to attend official opening of Bell Island company

Industry, Trade and Rural Development Minister Judy Foote and Jim Walsh, MHA for Conception Bay East and Bell Island and Minister of Works, Services and Transportation, will attend the official opening of Island Manufacturing and Galvanizing Inc. in Bell Island at 2:00 p.m. tomorrow (April 24) at the Wabana Complex, 14 Middleton Avenue.

Island Manufacturing and Galvanizing Inc. will manufacture hot dipped galvanized scaffolding components for modular system scaffolding. Currently there are no other scaffolding systems in Atlantic Canada.
