Yvonne Jones, Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture advises the media of a news conference at 1:00 p.m. on July 30, 2003, at the Media Centre, Ground Floor, East Block, Confederation Building, St John�s. The minister will be announcing the appointment of a Commissioner and the Terms of Reference for the Review of Fish Processing Policy.
