Swearing-in ceremony of Premier-designate Danny Williams and his Cabinet, November 6

News editors are advised that the swearing-in ceremony of Premier-designate Danny Williams and his Cabinet will occur in the Drawing Room at Government House on Thursday, November 6. The ceremony will take place at 10:00 a.m.

Media representatives planning to cover the ceremony are asked to be in place by 9:30 a.m. An audio feed will be provided.

8:30 a.m. Drawing Room available for set up, enter through side entrance of Government House
9:30 a.m.     Media representatives in place in Drawing Room to cover swearing-in
9:30 - 9:50 a.m. Premier-designate and those to be sworn-in as ministers arrive at Government House
10:00 - 11:15 a.m.

 Swearing-in ceremony 
11:30 a.m. (approx.) Premier, followed by ministers, available in the Cochrane Room for interviews (Audio feed available)

Members of the media planning to attend the swearing-in ceremony are asked to contact Doris Walsh by 2 p.m. Wednesday, November 5.
