NOTE TO EDITORS:

Premier Roger Grimes will travel to Central Newfoundland today, February 17, to visit Badger, the site of a major flood. The Premier will spend today and tomorrow meeting with people so greatly affected by this crisis. The Premier will join Minister Anna Thistle, the area’s MHA, and Municipal and Provincial Affairs Minister Oliver Langdon, to meet with Emergency Measures officials, government officials already on site and community leaders.
