Environment Minister Bob Mercer will hold a news conference at 11 a.m. Monday, July 7, to officially launch the Mobile Operator Training Unit - another initiative in government�s efforts to ensure the people of Newfoundland and Labrador have access to safe drinking water. The news conference will be held at the Department of Environment�s Western Regional Office, 89 West Valley Road, Corner Brook.
