NLIS 1 May 30, 2003 (Environment) NOTE TO EDITORS: Minister to present 14th annual Newfoundland and Labrador Environmental Awards, St. John�s, June 2 Environment Minister Bob Mercer will present the 14th annual Newfoundland and Labrador Environmental Awards during a ceremony Monday, June 2, at 12 p.m. at the Fluvarium, Nagles Place, St. John�s. Minister Mercer will be joined by Joan MacNeill, president, Newfoundland and Labrador Women�s Institutes, and Gordon Seabright, chairman, Multi-Materials Stewardship Board, who are co-sponsors of the event. Awards will be presented in seven categories. The Environmental Awards are presented each year during Environment Week, which this year is being celebrated June 1-7.
