NOTE TO EDITORS:

Education Minister Judy Foote will participate in events on Monday, January 27 to celebrate Family Literacy Day.

At 11:30 a.m. Minister Foote will read to children who are celebrating Family Literacy Day with the Brighter Futures Coalition St. John’s and District at Holy Cross Elementary School, St. Clare Avenue, St. John’s.

At 2 p.m. Minister Foote will participate in an announcement by IMTT Newfoundland Ltd., operator of the Newfoundland Transshipment Terminal, at Tricentia Academy in Arnold’s Cove.

Media representatives are welcome to attend both events.
