Minister to attend reception at Marine Institute

Sandra C. Kelly, Minister of Youth Services and Post-Secondary Education, will attend an official reception of the International Association of Safety and Survival Training tonight (October 28) at 7 p.m. at the Marine Institute. The association, which has over 80 member training schools representing over 30 countries, has selected St. John�s as the location to convene its 21st annual general meeting.
