Sandra C. Kelly, Minister of Youth Services and Post-Secondary Education, will be speaking at the Partners Lunch and closing ceremonies of the Skills Canada Provincial Skilled Career Day, Friday, May 3 at the College of the North Atlantic, Prince Philip Drive. The Partners Lunch will begin at 1:00 p.m., while the closing ceremonies begin at 5:30 p.m..
