NLIS 3 August 13, 2002 (Tourism, Culture and Recreation) The following is being distributed at the request of Sport Newfoundland and Labrador: National girls basketball championships The Newfoundland and Labrador juvenile girls team lost to New Brunswick 71-65 at the National Juvenile Championships in New Brunswick. The half time score was 32 to 30 in favour of Newfoundland and Labrador, but New Brunswick came back fighting in the last half.
