NOTE TO EDITORS: Minister to release operational review of Health Care Corporation of St. John�s

Julie Bettney, Minister of Health and Community Services, and John Abbott, chair of the board of the Health Care Corporation of St. John�s, will hold a news conference at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 27 at the Media Centre, Ground Floor, East Block, Confederation Building.

Officials of the Health Care Corporation of St. John�s and the Department of Health and Community Services will be available to the media for a briefing from 10:30 a.m. to just prior to the news conference. This briefing will be held at the Department of Health and Community Services, Main Floor, West Block, Confederation Building. The format for this briefing will be as follows: The media will be given 30-45 minutes to read through the report, followed by a presentation from the corporation and departmental representatives.
