NLIS 4 April 10, 2002 (Government Services and Lands) Complaining just got a whole lot easier The Consumer and Commercial Affairs Branch of the Department of Government Services and Lands advises that the Canadian Consumer Information Gateway //ConsumerInformation.ca now has a new service known as The Complaint Courier. The Complaint Courier is a fast, new way to navigate the consumer complaint process. Among other things, it gives advice on how to assess a complaint and draft a complaint letter. It also seamlessly forwards complaints directly to travel, financial services and collection agencies. Gail Miller, manager of trade practices, said: "This new service is a great addition to what has already become the most extensive source of reliable inter-jurisdictional consumer information on the net. Through this gateway, consumers have access to more than 250 federal, provincial, territorial departments and agencies as well as non-government partners, such as the Canadian Toy Testing Council and the Canadian Council of Better Business Bureaus."
