The Minister of Forest Resources and Agrifoods, Rick Woodford, will hold a news conference on Monday, February 25 at 11 a.m. at the Holiday Inn (Humber Room) in Corner Brook to announce the province�s new annual allowable cut (AAC). Officials with the department will be available for a technical briefing on the AAC calculations just prior to the news conference at 10 a.m. in the Humber Room.

The media are reminded that the use of cameras and tape recorders is not permitted during the technical briefing.
