NOTE TO EDITORS: Minister to attend Atlantic Council of Fisheries and Aquaculture Ministers meetings

NOTE TO EDITORS:

Gerry Reid, Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture, will attend the Atlantic Council of Fisheries and Aquaculture Ministers meetings, in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island (PEI), on Friday, March 22, 2002. The meeting will be co-hosted by the federal government, represented by Robert Thibault, Minister of Fisheries and Oceans, and the Government of PEI, represented by Chester Gillan, Minister of Fisheries, Aquaculture and Environment. Fisheries and Aquaculture Ministers from the other Atlantic provinces, Quebec and Nunavut will also attend the meeting.
