On Saturday, November 16, the Newfoundland Offshore Industry Association (NOIA) is holding its Partnership Awards Gala and is celebrating its 25th Anniversary.

Premier Roger Grimes will address the gala. The event is being held at the Delta Hotel, St. John�s and begins at 7:00 p m.
