NOTE TO EDITORS:

At 8:00 a.m. tomorrow (Thursday, October 24), Tom Lush, Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs, will join the United Nations Association of Canada for a flag raising event at Confederation Building to celebrate the 57th anniversary of the United Nations. Minister Lush will be accompanied by officials of the UN Association in St. John's. Other dignitaries have also been invited to attend.
