At a news conference this afternoon, Premier Roger Grimes, Lloyd Matthews, Minister of Mines and Energy and Scott Hand, President and CEO of INCO, will sign the legal documents for the development of the Voisey�s Bay project.

The news conference will be held a the Media Centre, Ground Floor, Confederation Building, East Block at 2:45 p.m.
