Premier Roger Grimes will participate in a community celebration associated with the Newfoundland Targa Road Rally, tomorrow (Friday, September 20) in Leading Tickles. The event takes place at Ocean View Park beginning at 12:00 p.m. The Premier will be joined by His Worship, Harry Hallet, Mayor of Leading Tickles.
