Environment Minister Kevin Aylward has announced the following events relative to the Environmental Protection Act.

(5) South Dildo Seal Pelt Tannery
Proponent: Carino Company Limited

The above project (South Dildo Seal Pelt Tannery)has been released subject to the following:

• A wastewater treatment plant must be constructed and operated at the facility to ensure that liquid discharges from the facility are in compliance with the Environmental Control Water and Sewage Regulations.
