NLIS 3 April 9, 2002 (Environment) (Municipal and Provincial Affairs) NOTE TO EDITORS: Environment Minister Kevin Aylward and Municipal and Provincial Affairs Minister Oliver Langdon will hold a news conference tomorrow, Wednesday, April 10 at 11:00 a.m. to announce the provincial waste management strategy. The ministers will be joined by Randy Simms, president of the Newfoundland and Labrador Federation of Municipalities, and Derm Flynn, chair of the Waste Management Advisory Committee. The event will take place in the Media Centre, Ground Floor, East Block, Confederation Building. Prior to the news conference, a technical briefing will be held for the media at 10:00 a.m. in the Media Centre.
