Environmental Assessment Bulletin

Environment Minister Ralph Wiseman has announced the following events relative to the Environmental Assessment Act.

DATE OF MINISTER'S DECISION EXTENDED:

Use of Updated Practice Laser Guided Munitions at 5 Wing Goose Bay Practice Target Area
Proponent: Department of National Defence

The Minister and the Proponent have agreed to extend the Minister's decision date to March 1, 2002.

UNDERTAKINGS RELEASED:

Bellmans Pond (Glenwood) Forest Access Road
Proponent: A.L. Stuckless and Sons Ltd.
