NOTE TO EDITORS:

On Wednesday, November 6, 2002, at 10:15 a.m., Education Minister Judy Foote will be at the A.C. Hunter Library to launch a new parent reading handbook.

The handbook contains reading tips that can be used on a daily basis to instill a love of reading in young children and continues the Department of Education�s focus on programs and resources that concentrate on early childhood development.
