NOTE TO EDITORS:

Premier Roger Grimes, Education Minister Judy Foote, and Frank Fagan, Executive Vice-President and COO of Aliant Telecom, will hold a news conference at 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, October 30, in the Media Centre, East Block, Confederation Building. The purpose of the news conference is to officially launch the Centre for Distance Learning and Innovation and to announce a special arrangement between government and Aliant Telecom.
