NOTE TO EDITORS:

Education Minister Judy Foote will be at the Mamateek Inn, Corner Brook, at 9 a.m. Monday, October 28, 2002, to open a day-long session for school district personnel who are responsible for Safe and Caring Schools. The session is designed to assist districts with their planning and to identify supports needed to move forward, with their community partners, to implement the action plan that resulted from the Creating Peaceful Schools Forum held in May 2002. A similar session will be held in St. John�s at the Airport Plaza on Wednesday, October 30, 2002.
