Judy Foote, Minister of Education, will participate tomorrow, Thursday, May 16, in the Teacher Recruitment Fair.

This second annual event is sponsored by the Department of Education in partnership with Memorial University of Newfoundland Faculty of Education, the Newfoundland and Labrador Teachers� Association and the Newfoundland and Labrador School Boards� Association.

This recruitment fair is intended to provide school boards with an opportunity to profile job opportunities and related information for prospective teachers. The fair also aims to promote teaching as a career option.

The fair opens at 10:00 a.m. at the Main Dining Hall of the St. Johns�s Campus of Memorial University of Newfoundland.
