NOTE TO EDITORS:

Judy Foote, Minister of Education, will participate in the Women in IT Forum, tomorrow, May 7. The Canadian Information Processing Society Viking sponsors the event which brings 150, female, grade nine students together with female IT professionals as a way of encouraging young women to begin looking at career options at an early age and inform them of the types of opportunities available in the IT sector.

The event will take place at St. Paul�s Junior High School, 340 Newfoundland Drive, St. John�s, at 8:45 a.m.
