NOTE TO EDITORS:

On Thursday, May 2, at 9 a.m., Education Minister Judy Foote will be at Holy Spirit High School in Manuels to attend the opening ceremonies of the Avalon East School Board Enterprise Education District Showcase.

The showcase is an intrinsic part of Enterprise Education 3205 which is designed to introduce high school students to entrepreneurship and finances. Each year, regional showcases are held to highlight business plans developed by the students. The top three winners from the showcase will advance to the Enterprise Olympics to be held in Marystown on May 24.
