Auditor General to release Report to the House of Assembly on Reviews
of Departments and Crown Agencies for the Year Ended 31 March 2002

John L. Noseworthy, C.A., Auditor General, today announced that his Report to the House of Assembly on Reviews of Departments and Crown Agencies for the Year Ended 31 March 2002 will be provided to the Speaker of the House of Assembly for tabling on Tuesday, December 17.

The report contains approximately 325 pages of conclusions, commentary, recommendations and auditees� comments. The report outlines the Reflections of the Auditor General, the results of reviews of government departments and Crown agencies, and information relating to monitoring of prior years� recommendations.

As soon as Mr. Noseworthy�s Report is tabled in the House of Assembly, it will be available on the Office of the Auditor General website at www.gov.nl.ca/ag/2002AnnualReport/AR2002.htm.
