Sandra C. Kelly, Minister of Youth Services and Post-Secondary Education and Minister Responsible for the Status of Women, and Gerald Smith, Minister of Human Resources and Employment, will attend a Gala Dinner today, October 30, at the College of the North Atlantic Campus in Stephenville. The dinner will honour Rosemary Finn, first recipient of the Duke of Edinburgh's International Ono Bursary and other Duke of Edinburgh's program volunteers. The event begins at 6 p.m.
