Senior Hoop Championships

The Newfoundland and Labrador Basketball Association will hold two provincial basketball championships this weekend March 16-18. 

The Molson Senior Men's Division III will be held at Regina High in Corner Brook with a total of eight teams registered. Teams include, Conception Bay North, Gander, Lewisporte, Stephenville, Grenfell College and Labatts, Steers Insurance and Monarch's of the Corner Brook Men's league. 

The Molson Senior Men's Division IV will be played at the Provincial Training Center with eight teams registered. Teams include: Marystown, Woodman's of Trinity Bay, My Brother's Place, Metro All-Stars, Dawes, Mount Pearl, Marine Stematic and Marine Institute of St. John's. Both events are scheduled to start at 3:00 p.m. on Friday and will conclude at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday with the championship games.
