NOTE TO EDITORS:

Municipal and Provincial Affairs Minister Oliver Langdon, minister responsible for the Emergency Measures Organization, accompanied by Health and Community Services Minister Julie Bettney, Human Resources and Employment Minister Gerald Smith, and Justice Minister Kelvin Parsons, will hold a news conference at 11:00 a.m. tomorrow, (September 21) in Conference Room A, Ground Floor, West Block, Confederation Building. The ministers will also be accompanied by mayors and councillors from municipalities affected by last week's crisis situation in the United States.
