NOTE TO EDITORS:

Ralph Wiseman, Minister of Environment, and Walter Noel, Minister of Government Services and Lands, will hold a news conference today to accept a report from the Domestic Fuel Oil Spill Prevention Committee. The event will take place at 2:00 p.m. in the Media Centre, Main Floor, East Block, Confederation Building. All media are invited to attend.
