NOTE TO EDITORS:

Premier Roger Grimes, Industry, Trade and Rural Development Minister Beaton Tulk and George Sweeney, MHA - Carbonear-Harbour Grace and Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Industry, Trade and Rural Development for Information and Advanced Technologies, will be participating in a news conference to announce the opening of a major new business initiative in the Carbonear area.

All media are invited to attend the event, which will be held on Thursday, August 9 at 2:30 p.m. at Fong's Restaurant in Carbonear.
