Sandra C. Kelly, Minister Responsible for the Status of Women, will be speaking at the Women in Leadership Dinner tonight, July 24, at the Hotel Gander. This evening's event, Women in Leadership, will focus on encouraging women to participate in upcoming municipal and school board elections.
