NOTE TO EDITORS � PHOTO OPPORTUNITY:

Changes to the Charge Up To Recycle! program, an initiative to encourage consumers and businesses to recycle used rechargeable batteries, will be announced at an event on Wednesday, July 4, at 1:00 p.m., Avalon Mall (lower level, outside Radio Shack).

Special guests attending the event include:
