Humber West and Port de Grave
By Election - Results - June 19, 2001

Media representatives are advised that the results of the Humber West and Port de Grave provincial by elections can be obtained from the Office of the Chief Electoral Officer on June 19, 2001, as soon as the results are received from the returning officers after the polls close at 8:00 p.m. Each returning officer will be reporting the first poll results received and then in increments of five poll results received. This information will be made available to the media as it is received. Please make arrangements for access to a direct phone line by calling (709) 729-0712.

Alternatively, a room is provided for media representatives who wish to be present as the results are received at the Office of the Chief Electoral Officer located at 39 Hallett Crescent, St. John�s. Please confirm your attendance by noon Tuesday, June 19, by telephoning 729-0712.
