in) for the January 30, 2001 Electors who have reason to believe that they will have difficulty voting on the days set for the ordinary poll or advance poll may apply to vote by special ballot (mail in). However, the special ballot (mail in) does not replace ordinary or advance polls. Once an application is approved, a special ballot kit will be issued to the elector which must be completed and received by the Office of the Chief Electoral Officer by no later than 4:00 p.m., Saturday, January 27, 2001.
