Contract awarded for renovations to Our Lady of Lourdes Elementary

Rick Woodford, Minister of Works, Services and Transportation, and Gerald Smith, MHA for Port au Port, today announced that a $240,350.00 contract has been awarded to EFCO Enterprises Ltd. of Stephenville.

Work will include exterior upgrades to Our Lady of Lourdes Elementary School in Lourdes, NF, as well as the installation of a new wheelchair lift to the building. The exterior upgrades will consist of new split face concrete block and metal siding, insulation and window refurbishment. Mr. Smith said that work will be completed by August 15, 2000.
