NOTE TO EDITORS:
The Max Mols will be arriving in St. John�s shortly after a 3,000 nautical mile journey, which began in Denmark on Monday. The fast ferry Max Mols has been time chartered by Marine Atlantic for the 2000 summer season.
Marine Atlantic is holding a media briefing at 10:00 a.m., Friday, May 19, 2000 on board the Max Mols located at Pier 11 (directly behind the Fortis building), St. John's.
Captain Sid Hynes, Marine Atlantic�s chairman, will brief media on the vessel�s capabilities, facilities and features. Tours of the Max Mols will follow. All media are invited to attend. There will be similar events held in Port aux Basques, NF and Sydney, NS with times and dates to be announced.
