NOTE TO EDITORS:

Fire safety initiative to be launched

Joan Marie Aylward, Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs, will hold a news conference at the Froude Avenue Community Centre on May 29, at 12:30 p.m.. The Minister will be accompanied by partners in this educational initiative to raise awareness about fire safety. Stakeholders include representatives from the Fire Commissioner�s Office, the Association of Fire Chiefs and Fire Fighters, and North Atlantic Petroleum.
