Market Highlights:

  •  Retail gasoline prices decreased by 2.0 cpl during the last two weeks. Conception Bay South continues to have the least expensive price of 78.9 cpl, although two stations in that region reported prices of 81.9 cpl.

  •  From March 21, 2000 to April 4, 2000 refinery wholesale prices, as measured by the Montreal refinery rack price, decreased by 2.1 cpl to 35.9 cpl.

  • � Crude oil prices decreased from $28.00 US per barrel to $25.45 US per barrel over the current survey period.
